This one-day workshop is designed for professionals who take on a (strategic) crisis management role within their organisation. While prior knowledge of crisis management is an advantage, it is not required. The workshop is accessible to both experienced and less experienced participants.

Programme
Morning session
The morning session focuses on the broader framework of crisis management. Topics include:

The overall context of crisis management

The role and responsibilities of the crisis manager

Decision-making models in crisis situations

Good practices and common pitfalls
-
Interpersonal and communication skills under pressure
The theoretical part will conclude with an interactive Q&A session.
Afternoon session
In the afternoon, participants will put theory into practice by taking part in a crisis simulation exercise. This hands-on session will be followed by a structured debriefing, allowing participants to reflect on decisions made, actions taken, and lessons learned.
